Requirements
  • 7+ years of product management experience and 3+ years in people manager role
  • Excellent communicator with strong skills to effectively write, speak, educate, and persuade at all levels of the company
  • Adept at writing documentation, presenting strategy and communicating technical concepts to non-technical team members
  • Keen understanding of prioritizing based on potentiality and business needs, and making smart tradeoffs
  • Data-driven mindset when making product decisions, setting priorities, and measuring success
  • Technical skillset to talk shop and work closely with our engineering team
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Work efficiently by building minimum viable products and measure, learn, and iterate in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoy rolling up your sleeves and being hands-on to get into the nitty-gritty every day
  • Customer-centric outlook with a focus on the customer experience, not simply building new features
Responsibilities
  • This is a remote role
  • Build, mentor, and lead a world-class team of Product Managers and Product Leads
  • Establish the product vision and strategy for the Enterprise product team, as well as develop metrics and goals to measure success
  • Build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners, and leadership
  • Collaborate with engineers, marketing, data analysts, designers and sales teams to plan, build and launch high-quality product experiences
  • Gather feedback from internal stakeholders, external partners, and users to inform product decisions and strategy
  • Process, review, and interpret large bodies of qualitative and quantitative data on customer usage patterns to uncover new product insights
  • Be an internal advocate, educator, and communicator about the products you own, including storytelling around the technical aspects and business impact of those products and product features
  • Write specs, manage project execution and A/B tests, and define product roll-out strategy
