Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap for your squad, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and user needs
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation within the user onboarding journey
  • Define and prioritize product hypotheses based on data-driven insights and user feedback, with the goal of improving the onboarding experience and converting users that will stay
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product features that optimize the user journey from landing to purchase
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and effective execution
  • Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum) to manage product development and iterate on features. You will work closely with the Engineering Manager to lead squad delivery together
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand the specific needs and pain points of new users during the onboarding process
  • Analyze product data and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities to improve the onboarding funnel
  • Run A/B tests to optimize product features and enhance the user experience, focusing on improving key onboarding metrics
  • Base all product decisions on data
  • Communicate the product vision and strategy for the onboarding funnel to stakeholders across the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of onboarding initiatives
  • Actively engage with product communities to bring external insights into the product and inform onboarding strategies
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous B2C experience with onboarding flows and subscription models is preferred
  • Strong experience in product discovery and assessing market fit
  • Demonstrated ability to test and experiment with new channels, products, and/or audiences
