Technical Product Manager

- Very good understanding of software engineering, ideally some years of hands on experience working as a software engineer or other technical specialist
- Experience either working as a PM or working closely with product teams in another role (e.g. engineer) in the context of enterprise (B2B SaaS) products and/or solutions
- Attention to detail and desire for robustness and consistency
- Ability to communicate very clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
- Firm understanding of the software development life cycle and other engineering practices
- Solid understanding of core SaaS-enabling technologies (e.g. HTML5, HTTP, JS, REST API, etc.)
- Studying and researching organizations of our ideal customer profile, with the focus on compliance and security
- Reviewing security related requests and feedback from our customers and internal teams, in order to understand the actual problem and propose the solution
- Clearly and consistently capturing and tracking customer security problems, the urgency of these problems, and the objectives for solving these problems
- Spearheading initiatives to solve these problems from end to end - from product discovery to implementing solutions and measuring the impact and success
- Working with our engineers to discover the best solution for our customers and business
- Writing and maintaining product internal documentation from the early drafts and concepts to the live documentation of the final working solution
