We are looking for a Regional Lead to join our OneSource Team.
As a Regional Lead, you will be at the forefront of our technical services support team, providing strategic guidance and leadership across multiple sites. Your role is crucial in harmonizing our operations with the other Regional Lead(s) and driving excellence in the services we offer to our customer groups.
Facilitates the creation and coordination of a regional operations program, establishing policies, procedures, processes, and goals to ensure the achievement of strategic initiatives.
Participate and be accountable for oversight of initiatives to improve service delivery, focusing on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Answerable for implementing best practices within the support team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Guide and mentor the management team of technical service professionals, cultivating an environment of continuous improvement and the implementation of best practices to enhance efficiencies.
Convene regularly scheduled staff meetings to address client issues and concerns, client and team-member scheduling matters, professional training, program development, and performance matters.
Collaborate with the other Regional Lead(s) to standardize processes and service delivery, ensuring a cohesive global approach.
Ensure financial accountability and management for the region.
Drive performance of functional metrics.
Demonstrate the company’s cultural values, fostering healthy working relationships and enhancing team coordination to successfully achieve both company and client goals and objectives.
Maintain training and compliance in areas of health and safety, security, environmental and operational aspects of daily activities in the working environment.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business, Technical, or Science with 1+ year(s) in leadership, leading, guiding or coaching other leaders OR
Associates degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business, Technical, or Science with 2+ year(s) in leadership, leading, guiding or coaching other leaders OR
High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 5+ year(s) of experience in leadership, leading, guiding or coaching other leaders
Proven experience in leading technical support teams, preferably in a Pharmaceutical laboratory environment.
Strong financial acumen and experience with creating and managing SOPs.
Must be able to work in a laboratory, controlled environments requiring personal protective equipment (e.g., lab coat, safety glasses, etc.) in laboratory.
Job pace may be fast and job completion demands may be high.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position more than 25% of the time
The person needs to occasionally move between labs, corridors, adjoining rooms, and buildings onsite Frequently operate on instruments, objects, tools or controls, which will require regularly bending, squatting, stretching and reaching in order to perform in a service function.
Occasionally move or lift up to 25 pounds (potential for occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds).
Specific vision abilities required by this position include without limitation, the ability to observe details at close range distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus in order to perform the essential service functions of this position.
Occasionally operates a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
Employee may be required to handle hazardous waste according to local, state, and federal regulations. Duties may include identifying, handling, generating, accumulating, storing and labeling hazardous waste.
Potential risk to lab-based hazards including but not limited to extreme temperature, biological materials, and hazardous chemicals.
May be required to complete Medical Clearance, Respiratory Protection Training, and Fit Testing to wear a respirator as protection against hazards present in the laboratory environment.
