  • Primary duties involve responding to client retirement related inquiries via chat, email, and/or phone
  • Process backdoor roth conversions, recharacterizations, RMDs, death and divorce distributions
  • Track and manage IRA money movements requests such as check, wire, ACH, and journals
  • Collaborate and communicate with custodial firm to ensure client inquiries are completed
  • Collaborate and support CX, Investor Relations, Product, and Engineering teams on product and platform feedback, as well as triage issues to resolution
  • Analyze current procedures and offer improvement suggestions to increase workflow accuracy and efficiency
