Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in brand creative roles across B2C and B2B audiences evidenced by a portfolio of excellent digital direct-to-consumer product and marketing design. In-market products strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of art direction, graphic design, user experience, digital marketing/communications, paired with the ability to drive initiatives from concept through execution
  • Ability to communicate and present brand work compellingly to all levels of the organization, driving alignment across stakeholders
  • Masterful at balancing creative excellence with business objectives
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into creative concepts that resonate with our audience
  • A proven track record of efficacy and leadership in a senior level individual contributor role, driving product strategy and resulting in positive organizational impact
  • Built-in partnerships with world class agencies, freelancers, and vendors
  • A natural instinct for successfully tackling large, complex problems head-on, and a tendency towards action
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment and collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar leadership role with a focus on emerging technologies
  • Proven background in developing platform-level UI components, illustrations, and design systems
  • Experience directing & executing copy, art direction, design, video, animation, and other creative disciplines
  • Demonstrated expertise in conceptual and strategically-led campaign development
Responsibilities
  • Drive the transformation of our company and product narratives into a powerful and persuasive brand presence that resonates with our audience
  • Lead the visual and motion design for our direct-to-consumer and enterprise applications, collaborating closely within our design team to create engaging and intuitive experiences that drive customer growth and retention
  • Manage brand initiatives and guideline documentation
  • Define the visual aspects of our digital educational content: art direction, illustration & animation/motion
  • Work closely with the Head of Design to ensure brand consistency across marketing and product initiatives
  • Work with senior executives to deliver brand advertising strategy, from research and creative development to placement and measurement
  • Work closely with a team of talented design leads to foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional growth, and innovation within the creative team
  • Assess creative approaches, analyze competitors, execute creative visions, measure results, and drive ongoing improvement
  • Follow a player-coach model, balancing hands-on creative execution, with direction setting, strategic planning and team/project leadership
