Responsibilities
  • Manage the full buying lifecycle, from product innovation to vendor negotiations, pricing, and promotions, while coordinating inventory logistics to meet service metrics, customer demand, and financial targets
  • Develop purchasing strategies aligned with financial goals and supports product allocation across dispensaries, states, and micro-regions
  • Manage supply chain data, create reports on best-sellers, promotions, and performance, and audit purchasing processes to ensure best-in-class standards
  • Generate purchase orders to strengthen vendor relationships, manage new product creation, and track credit memos while implementing aging inventory strategies
  • Collaborate with Store Operations to create localized assortments and sales forecasts, while building strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent product availability
  • Analyzes the competitive landscape for opportunities and identifies cross-business projects to drive continuous improvement
