Responsibilities
  • Manage and provide strategic recommendations across teams for resolving incoming service requests and operating customer service delivery.
  • Serve as the escalation point for unresolved and complex customer inquiries.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.
