Requirements
  • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering or similar (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Computer Science, Data Science). Incoming Junior in college or higher
  • Data analytics experience with desired software
  • Basic to general understanding of semiconductor devices (CPU, GPU, and especially memory)
  • Basic to general understanding of chemical processing and device physics
  • Excellent Program Management skills including written and verbal communication
  • No-impossible attitude and a learning mentality
  • Proficiency in data analytics software (R, Python, Excel etc…)
  • Prior experience/studies in semiconductor process engineering, electronic device operations
  • Prior experience in chemical fabrication process analysis
  • Prior experience in customer management and/or product management

Responsibilities
  • Structuring, releasing, and owning customer data. Analysis and presentation to both internal and external stakeholders expected
  • Engaging with customers regularly and driving regular quality meetings and reporting to internal teams
  • Consolidate inputs from different major customers for Samsung into executive reviews highlighting customer expectations, requirements, risks, and opportunities about Samsung memory products
  • Debugging alongside Account Managers, Quality Engineers, and Application Engineers to accelerate business
  • Conduct memory technology trend seminars for internal stakeholders
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned
