Group Description: Evercore's Private Capital Advisory (PCA) team is a leading global secondaries market advisor, focusing on providing strategic advisory services to financial sponsors across a variety of portfolio and fund management objectives, advising limited partners on liquidity solutions for their private asset portfolios, and employing various forms of structured ABS technologies to create innovative capital and liquidity solutions for private markets issuers and investors.

What is the position? PCA seeks to hire a Junior Associate to focus on their GP-led transactions. The ideal candidate is intelligent and mature, has past experience in secondaries, the desire and flexibility to work in an entrepreneurial environment and the ability to learn on the job. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to work on several projects concurrently and possess the desire to learn and work hard.

Specific Qualifications:

• 3+ years of work experience with secondaries experience preferred
• Finance or Accounting major (preferred)
• Superior analytical skills and demonstrated excellence in academic coursework
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to articulate ideas
• Strong communications skills, both written and oral
• Strong work ethic
• Enthusiastic, outgoing and achievement-oriented character

Expected Base Salary Range: $185,000-$250,000
