Requirements
  • At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years of experience with the .NET framework.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze, design, test, and implement IT applications.
  • Ability to think analytically, communicate effectively verbally and in writing, make decisions, observe and remember details, interpret data, concentrate on tasks, adjust to change, and handle stress and emotions.
  • Regular attendance and the ability to maintain a work schedule, attend meetings, meet deadlines, keyboard or type, handle confidential information, perform mathematical calculations, stay organized, and operate office equipment.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using the .NET framework.
  • Implement best practices for Internet Information Services development to ensure scalable and secure web application infrastructure.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to National Institute of Standards and Technology security requirements.
  • Integrate .NET applications with Oracle databases.
  • Develop and maintain database objects, including packages, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
  • Use SQL Developer, SQL Plus, Toad, and SQL Server Management Studio for development and troubleshooting.
  • Drive data quality initiatives and provide production support for database-related issues.
  • Participate in automated deployment processes and learn and use Ansible for deployments.
  • Collaborate with team members to create and maintain deployment automation scripts and documentation.
  • Use GitLab, Jenkins, and Nexus to manage code repositories, build pipelines, and artifact storage.
  • Contribute to continuous integration and delivery processes to support rapid and reliable software releases.
  • Integrate web applications with multifactor authentication products such as Okta and CyberArk.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Work in an agile Scrum environment and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including testers, to swarm stories and resolve issues quickly.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Support testing teams by troubleshooting, clarifying requirements, and resolving defects.
  • Use Jira Service Management for issue tracking, service requests, and project management.

Foxhole awarded NASA SEWP VI Category B contract. Foxhole Technology, LLC, an employee-owned cybersecurity and technology services firm, has been selected by NASA as an awardee under Category B of the Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement VI (SEWP VI) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract. The award expands the ways federal agencies can access Foxhole's enterprise cybersecurity, modernization, software development, and engineering capabilities. NASA designed SEWP VI to provide federal agencies with streamlined access to commercial technology products and services. Category B, designated for Enterprise-Wide IT Service Solutions, focuses on strategic solutions that enhance agency information technology, communications, and audiovisual infrastructure through cloud services, managed services, shared services, and other enterprise-wide capabilities. The 10-year ordering period is scheduled to run from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2036, with each contract carrying a maximum value of $20 billion. "This award expands the acquisition options available to agencies seeking Foxhole's proven cybersecurity, modernization, and mission technology capabilities," said Gus Tomé, president of Foxhole Technology. "SEWP VI aligns well with our ability to deliver secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
