  • Knowledge of SAP SD module with 10 years experience in a Retail environment
  • Knowledge and experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support
  • Experience in working with teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with IT and business teams
Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, test, and implement the SAP Retail Sales and Distribution (SD) module to meet business needs as part of an Order to Cash team
  • Define and document Order to Cash business processes using SAP SD
  • Define and document functional and technical specifications for SAP SD business processes
  • Perform Business Process Re-engineering for sales processes using knowledge of SAP SD
  • Lead Implementation workshops related to SAP SD
  • Plan, execute and document SAP SD configuration
  • Work as part of an Order-to-Cash team to resolve SAP issues and implement changes
  • Define and develop test cases for Order to Cash processes
  • Work in an Agile team structure and use agile product for managing work (e.g. Jira)
