Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and text
  • Assist bilingual clients in English and Spanish
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
  • Inform clients about special relief programs and assist them through the application process
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions
