  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).

Responsibilities
  • Ensure planned production meets goals of Product Management.
  • Schedule production needs to ensure achievable commitments for product delivery demand.
  • Align with Key stakeholders when setting schedules: (1) Product Management, (2) Head of Cell And Module Manufacturing, (3) Procurement Manager, (4) Cell Production Manager, (5) Module Production Manager.
  • Conduct/attend regular production meetings.
  • Monitor production progress to identify issues and maintain schedules.
  • Work with key stakeholders to resolve conflicts and issues impacting product delivery.
  • Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders of all issues that may affect facilities operation, process tool operation or the ability to meet production goals.

  • Experience managing production in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience using production software such as MES, WMS.
