  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent to support Veza’s growth trajectory
  • Establish and optimize processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the sales funnel
  • Utilize data-driven insights to track team performance, forecast accurately, and implement strategies for improvement
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and a cohesive go-to-market strategy
  • Drive a customer-first mentality, ensuring that all interactions add value and build trust with prospects and clients
  • Represent Veza at industry events, conferences, and key customer engagements
  • Scale the team and processes to support rapid growth in a high-velocity, high-growth environment
  • Leverage experience in high-growth tech companies to anticipate challenges and proactively implement solutions
