  • Building and empowering a high-performing TA team to the next level through collaboration in a player-coach role

  • Leading the pre-boarding process from the day of the offer until the employee's first day, making sure everything is ready and running smoothly for the onboarding
  • Owning and promoting our employer branding projects through the company's career page and employment social media sites
  • 5+ years of experience leading a Talent team in a technology company with the metrics to measure your success
  • 10+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting
  • A hands-on mentality and the mindset to with automating and building processes from the ground up
  • Experience using metrics and analytics to inform on areas of focus for the function
  • Great time management skills to achieve recruiting goals
  • The ability to quickly establish rapport with candidates and colleagues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work with a geographically distributed team
  • A drive to succeed, and a passion for taking on new challenges and making them your own

  • ATS and effective TA process experience (Greenhouse is a plus)
