Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls related to alarm monitoring, home automation, billing, and account inquiries.
  • Deliver caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable experiences that retain delighted customers.
  • Perform basic product support.
  • Promote and upsell products and services to existing customers.
  • Build excellent client relationships by placing proactive calls to help customers achieve the most benefit from our products and services.
Desired Qualifications
  • Call center experience is a plus but not required.
