  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/years of experience
  • 4+ years’ experience supporting General Financials in a healthcare setting
  • 2+ years implementations, consulting, or information technology experience (preferably in healthcare)
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Ability to contribute to complex, workflow reengineering projects and/or management process projects
  • Up to 80% travel may be required
Responsibilities
  • Independently executes all tasks related to a contracted project role, within a specific domain, functional or specialty area, both remotely and at client sites
  • Facilitates process of defining expectations by asking key questions that help clients to discover their needs
  • Participates in strategic planning engagements with ownership of specified deliverables as directed by the engagement lead
  • Performs all project workplan tasks for assigned role in accordance with contracted project scope
  • Provides activation support
  • Produces reports and/or documents as required for internal or external customers
  • Provides feedback to appropriate internal organizational groups on software and methodology improvements
