Requirements
  • A diploma or degree in Marketing.
  • A minimum of 2 years of marketing work experience, preferably with luxury products.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, creativity, critical thinking, problem solving, and long-term planning abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A process-driven approach and comfort performing similar tasks consistently.
  • Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting and editing proficiency.
  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, adhere to deadlines, and follow up on outstanding elements.
  • A customer-oriented approach.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Manage deployment schedules, track tactics, and meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate marketing and communications projects with other departments and team members to ensure timely completion of tactics.
  • Collaborate with team members to request, create, and deploy required assets.
  • Coordinate the timely and relevant flow of marketing information to internal departments and external partners.
  • Support the planning and execution of information sessions and related marketing activities.
  • Support pricing updates for marketing campaigns and ensure pricing accuracy.
  • Plan, book, and track regional and national print media insertions.
  • Provide co-op marketing support for the Trade Sales team.
  • Manage in-market email content calendars and proactively build deployment schedules.
  • Use software to create and regionalize emails for the Canadian audience, including writing and editing copy, updating images, and reflecting current offers while following brand guidelines.
  • Create third-party business-to-business emails for Trade and Consumer audiences, including UTM links and ZIP files when required.
  • Work with Trade Sales and Brand Directors to create a bi-weekly dedicated Trade eNewsletter.
  • Proofread print and digital marketing collateral and confirm copy and brand accuracy.
  • Audit websites for marketing consistency and report errors for action.
  • Manage the Trade Facebook content calendar by writing copy, gathering assets, and posting on an ongoing basis.
  • Create and manage social media content, including drafting copy and coordinating assets.
  • Update spreadsheets with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.
  • Set up promotion codes and campaign tracking tools, including UTM links and Infinity Hub, and assist with monitoring and reporting results.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics.
  • Support the Marketing Director and Manager with invoice processing.
