Position Description:
The Department of Theatre Arts at the University of Louisville invites applications for part-time lecturers to teach online or face-to-face undergraduate/graduate courses for Fall 2025, and Spring, Summer and Fall 2026 semesters. We are particularly interested in candidates with the ability to teach general education courses, technical theatre/management courses, playwrighting/new play development courses, acting courses, and courses in the African diaspora.
The successful candidate should have a terminal academic degree (M.F.A.) in a theatre related field or equivalent professional experience. Teaching experience at the collegiate level and familiarity with online are encouraged.
