Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional Zoom and phone consultations with clients.
  • Connect with clients seeking information about available insurance benefits.
  • Identify individual and family protection needs.
  • Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
  • Conduct needs-based benefit reviews.
  • Recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
  • Guide clients through applications and enrollment.
  • Build long-term client relationships.
  • Provide ongoing policy and client support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow company procedures and applicable state requirements.
  • Participate in structured virtual onboarding, training, weekly coaching, and virtual meetings.
  • Progress toward mentoring, training, and team leadership opportunities based on demonstrated performance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, military service, recruiting, coaching, training, financial services, business development, management, or team leadership.
  • Interest in mentoring and developing others.
  • Experience with professional communication, presentation, goal-setting, accountability, problem-solving, decision-making, and productivity development.
