Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in government and/or Enterprise SaaS account management
  • High performance in people and relationship management
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, as well as exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience with change management and implementing new solutions within large organizations
  • Sales experience and proven track record of hitting sales goals
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and growing a book of business between $4M-$6M
  • Leading and managing renewal process for client portfolio
  • Tracking and monitoring client metrics
  • Cultivating relationships across all levels of an organization, focusing on building strong C-suite champions
  • Minimizing both client and revenue churn via a standard touchpoint model
  • Routinely providing accurate forecasts and leveraging data to self diagnose improvement areas
  • Partnering with the cross-sell team to identify opportunity and grow revenue within portfolio of accounts
  • Understanding client goals and objectives from onboarding to renewal
  • Partnering with the client success team to ensure client onboarding and platform adoption are successful
  • Mentoring Account Managers around best practices, dealing with difficult client situations, driving revenue, etc.
  • Providing fresh ideas to Vice President, Account Management on ways to improve existing processes to drive increased efficiency and collaboration with other departments
  • Intelligently engaging in conversation regarding the legislative and regulatory processes
