- Assist with billing, lien waivers, and supporting documentation
- Review subcontractor payment draws; manage lien releases and compliance
- Process and code invoices, pay applications, and POs per contract terms
- Maintain and reconcile project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
- Coordinate with title companies and subs on waivers and documentation
- Ensure accuracy in accounting systems and support project closeout
- Communicate with vendors/subs to resolve billing issues
- Assist department heads with ad hoc projects and database updates
