We are searching for a talented Pharmacy Tech Trainee

Hours: 40hrs 

Shift: Day/Evening shift, Primarily 7:00am - 3:30pm, 7:30am - 4:00pm, and 9:30am - 6:00pm with occasional 12:30pm - 9:00pm shifts with weekend and holiday rotation   

Location: Tobey Hospital - Wareham, MA

Responsibilities

Under the direction of a Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician Trainee performs pharmacy-related functions, in compliance with department policies and procedures that provide optimal pharmaceutical care.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or the equivalent is required, or currently enrolled in a program which awards such a degree or certificate.
• Massachusetts state registration as a Pharmacy Technician Trainee is required upon hire.
• Massachusetts state registration as a Pharmacy Technician is required within 1,500 hours of hire or 1 year whichever is shorter.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. 

Pay Range

USD $16.10 - USD $25.93 /Hr.

Rotation Schedule Requirement

Every third weekend
