Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day publishing across Bureau's social media channels, primarily LinkedIn.
  • Support the social media calendar and ensure timely publishing of approved content.
  • Create and adapt social content including posts, carousels, short-form videos, polls, and stories.
  • Monitor industry conversations, trends, hashtags, mentions, and relevant accounts to identify content and engagement opportunities.
  • Support live social media coverage during events, including capturing photos/videos, posting real-time updates, and highlighting key moments.
  • Monitor and engage with comments, relevant conversations, partners, speakers, customers, and industry audiences.
  • Support executive and employee social media amplification.
  • Repurpose existing Bureau content, reports, blogs, videos, and event material into social-first formats.
  • Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, follower growth, and top-performing content.
  • Identify what's working, what's not, and suggest ideas to improve Bureau's social presence.
