  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of compliance experience, or, an advanced degree
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, verbally and in writing
Responsibilities
  • As an individual contributor, lead and support projects and day-to-day program work, independently and with minimal supervision
  • Lead and support work related to HCP Interactions programs that may include, but are not limited to: Needs assessment (project briefs), fair market value (FMV), and HCP services, HCP Therapy Awareness Partnerships, Cross-border HCP engagements, Grants, Donations & Sponsorships, Global Business Conduct Standards, Global transparency requirements, HCP data stewardship and quality assurance, Off-Label and Scientific Integrity
  • Answer questions and provide guidance related to Medtronic policies and ethical conduct
  • Ask questions and identify concerns through day-to-day work, thinking critically about optics and potential risks associated with HCP interactions
  • Collaborate closely with Compliance Officers and other colleagues to support Medtronic operating units and regions
  • Provide recommendations for monitoring, training, and communications related to HCP Interactions
  • Actively support the team’s work toward problem-solving and continuous process improvement
  • Lead and support the development of Compliance programs and strategies
  • Proactively identify and implement program improvements by driving alignment among stakeholders
  • Simultaneously manage day-to-day work and long-term projects effectively
  • Provide general Compliance guidance to internal functions and take responsibility for helping the business navigate Compliance processes
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, escalating issues to leadership as needed
  • Promote a service-oriented Compliance organization
  • Act as a positive and professional resource for teammates and business partners
  • Support a positive team culture by consistently demonstrating active listening, curiosity about others, and kindness
  • Model a culture of ethics and integrity
