Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in a related engineering field
  • 2 to 4 years of professional work experience in a related field
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • Ability to manage commissioning at field locations
  • Experience in industrial/utility construction, commissioning, project management, performance testing, and troubleshooting
  • Availability for extensive overnight travel (>90%) including weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated hands-on field experience in electric utility-scale or process-heavy industrial environment
  • Proven success on challenging projects
  • Interest in engineering design
  • Passion for work and effective communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Commission Fluence Projects in cooperation with multiple stakeholders
  • Develop and execute commissioning plans
  • Lead commissioning efforts to achieve commercial operations
  • Define and execute testing protocols
  • Oversee complete commissioning and acceptance testing of various systems
