Responsibilities
  • Be the main point of contact for guests regarding basic game day information and location of box office, lost and found, etc.
  • Greet all guests entering the arena; examine and scan tickets to verify authenticity and provide assistance when needed
  • Assist guest with their requests and seating needs
  • Share information regarding arena layout, seating sections, and emergency procedures
  • Process payments for walk-up ticket sales using Archtics ticketing software
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all games and events
  • Other duties as assigned

Chase Center is a premier sports and entertainment venue in San Francisco and the home arena for the Golden State Warriors. It hosts nearly 200 events a year, including basketball games, concerts, comedy shows, and community events, and it earns revenue from tickets, concessions, merchandise, premium seating, and partnerships. Thrive City surrounds the arena with dining, shopping, and community spaces that extend the visitor experience and create extra revenue, while an Insider program helps notify fans about upcoming events and offers. Its goal is to be a high-traffic, versatile destination that attracts a diverse mix of sports fans, concert-goers, and local residents and maximizes attendance and revenue.
