  • Project management experience
  • Deep understanding of CRM Technology – particularly SFMC and Adobe
  • Experience with Jira and/or Smartsheet is an advantage
  • Strong skills within Microsoft Office 360
Responsibilities
  • Understanding the brief
  • Building estimates and project plans with input from the team
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders in leading the project
  • Monitoring hours and spendings in Workbook
  • Flagging risks or scope creeps
  • Creating project plans with detailed timings with input from a broader team where needed
  • Be overall responsible for creating client-friendly presentations as well as presenting them in meetings – internal and external
  • Establish and grow a strong relationship with your client stakeholders
  • Attend client and/or internal meetings, take meeting notes, and make clear action points
  • Support the Client Lead with any estimation tasks
  • Support the Program Manager in finalizing the mid-month and end-of-month finance reports
  • Ensure you stay up to date on any process or tool updates and take ownership of your own learning of processes and tools being used on the account
  • Continuously look for process optimizations and report to your Workstream Lead and the Business Architect team if you have ideas for improvements
