Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics or a related degree (MS or Ph.D. preferred).
  • 3+ years’ experience (2 years with MS) as a data scientist, research scientist, AI analyst, ML engineer, or related role.
  • Python proficiency required.
  • Expertise across multiple domains of forecasting, clustering, classification, econometrics, optimization, Bayesian statistics, neural networks, deep learning, natural language processing, LLMs, generative AI, and/or other machine learning and AI methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated working experiences with cross-function product teams.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to effectively communicate insights.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with data storage solutions, databases, and data processing frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects at once without sacrificing quality.
Responsibilities
  • Develop predictive and prescriptive models using machine-learning algorithms, optimization and AI solutions.
  • Analyze large amounts of diverse information to discover trends and patterns that drive business decisions.
  • Develop UI applications to deliver insights to business clients.
  • Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data.
  • Monitor and sustain model effectiveness.
  • Present complex information using data visualization techniques.
  • Create repeatable and scalable code bases and processes for improving development / execution efficiency.
Desired Qualifications
  • Databricks experience.
  • Master's/Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
