  • Evolve and elevate Confluent's existing ERG Program strategy to deliver streamlined operations and effective employee engagement
  • Serve as main point of contact for ERG Leads, Sponsors, and members regarding day-to-day operations of Confluent's eight employee communities: provide guidance and support to ERG Leads regarding internal programming, including coordinating logistics and promotion for ERG-tied recognitions (heritage months, days of acknowledgement, etc.), budgeting, and member-engagement
  • Evolve ERG Program processes and templates as the program grows, including ERG calendar management, communication tactics, and budget tracking
  • Serve as point of contact for all ERG programming-related vendors; serve as Legal & AP liaison for approval, purchase requests and orders, and payments
  • Evaluate success of current ERG Program and partner with Manager to evolve strategy as needed to ensure maximum business impact
  • Manage relationships and projects with key cross-functional partners, including Workplace Experience, Talent Acquisition, and more
  • Act as ERG ambassador to the company and key stakeholders to promote the ERG value proposition and find new opportunities for impact
