Welcome to P&G Beauty Care/Product Supply - one of the most successful Business Units within P&G over the past 5 years, consistently delivering double-digit growth in sales and profit, while always maintaining a culture of respect, fun, inclusion and caring for each other!
Interaction with the External Supply Solutions & Net Structural Savings team; agreements on ownership for initiatives, big capacity projects and supply crisis’s. Support External Supply Solution and Net Structural Savings on the proper MPD capability and development of skills required to support for the Platform.
Job Qualifications
Initiatives ownership:
- Lead all stream (2 possibly) 3&4 initiatives for specific supply chain
- Contribute in all stream 1&2 initiatives for specific supply chain
- Initiative specification updates/delivery per technical CPS that you’re leading for specific supply chain
- TRL leadership on some programs
- Input data into FCR responses/process for specific supply chain
Quality Ownership:
- Follow up on systemic quality issues affecting Contract Manufacture / P&G Plant for specific supply chain
- Root cause analysis on systemic quality issues for specific supply chain
- Review progress of supplier actions plans for no major observations for specific supply chain
Technical Capability Ownership:
- Quarterly reviews with Technology Leader for your specific Know & Grow
- Quarterly reviews with Technology Leader for your specific 5 Rocks
- Apollo Training Program to achieve fundamental in all packaging areas
- Glidepath to achieve advance in one packaging area
