Responsibilities
  • Develop and review online learning content and assessment materials.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to turn their expertise into clear, engaging learning resources.
  • Ensure learning content, outcomes, and assessments are aligned.
  • Review materials for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Support assessment validation and continuous improvement activities.
  • Build and maintain course content within the Learning Management System.
  • Respond to feedback from students, trainers, and industry to improve courses.
  • Keep course documentation, mapping, and version control accurate and up to date.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in learning design, online education, vocational education and training, assessment development, or a Learning Management System such as Moodle.
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
