As part of Accor’s digital transformation of its hotel network, we are seeking an HRIS Manager to own and lead the full product lifecycle of our HR technology systems deployed across hotels globally. Reporting to the SVP of Employees & Corporate Functions within Group IT, this role combines product ownership, technological leadership, strategic business partnership, and organizational influence. As the primary IT product owner and strategic advisor for HR technology, you will ensure our HRIS platform delivers best-in-class digital experiences that align tightly with HR business needs, driving impactful transformation within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
Your mission:
1. Product Strategy & Business Partnership
- Define, shape, and evolve the HRIS product vision and roadmap for hotels, aligned with the group’s digital transformation and HR strategic objectives.
- Serve as the recognized product owner and main interface for all HR digital initiatives, ensuring product decisions reflect HR user needs and priorities.
- Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to gather and prioritize feature requests, user feedback, and pain points, translating these into actionable product enhancements.
2. Product Delivery & Technology Ownership
- Lead end-to-end management of the HRIS product lifecycle: from requirement definition, design, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure HRIS product architecture is scalable, secure, compliant (including GDPR), and aligned with global IT standards.
- Manage integration and interoperability with other enterprise systems, driving a seamless user experience for hotel HR teams.
- Oversee periodic platform upgrades, data integration flows, and automation to increase product efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and integration teams to maintain technical excellence.
3. Governance, Budget & Team Management
- Own the HRIS product governance framework, using data-driven prioritization to manage requests, allocate resources, and measure product value and user satisfaction.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with SLA/OLA across vendors and outsourcing partners.
4. Strategic Influence & Change Enablement
- Represent the HRIS product function in strategic steering committees and digital HR governance bodies, advocating for continuous innovation and product excellence.
- Drive organizational change management and adoption strategies to maximize the success of HRIS implementations and enhancements across hotels.
- Monitor HR technology market trends and emerging solutions, making recommendations to keep Accor’s HRIS product at the cutting edge.
- Support and engage stakeholders from HR, IT, and hotel operations through clear communication and user-centric product initiatives.
Qualifications
And you?
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Human Resources, or related fields with a strong digital focus.
10+ years of professional experience in HRIS, IT strategy, product management, or program management roles—preferably within multinational or matrixed organizations.
Previous experience in the hospitality sector is a strong advantage.
Strong background in product management , IT project management, enterprise systems, and HRIS architecture.
Solid understanding of HR business processes and how to translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and influence senior stakeholders in both IT and HR.
Experience managing hybrid delivery models and external partners.
Excellent communication and political acumen to manage competing interests and drive consensus.
Fluent in English and French.
