  • 3-5 years of product experience, including leadership of an engineering team
  • Experience in SEO, data and solving problems for customers and leading teams to build solutions
  • Data-fluent: capable of using analytical tools and SQL
  • Ability to make good decisions with incomplete data
  • Experience in a Marketplace or E-commerce is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the product roadmap that drives the group’s charter of growing Care’s organic visibility and performance
  • Deeply understand our consumers (users and Google Bot), their problems, where they find value, and consistently strive to improve our tools and technology to drive growth
  • Translate SEO opportunities into product initiatives in a structured way, from developing hypotheses to running scrappy experiments to validate your thinking
  • Own and build a roadmap based on cross-functional objectives and key results that builds momentum, and inspires passion in the engineering team you’ll lead in partnership with the Engineering Manager
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives when there are dependencies beyond your team’s domain
  • Develop a deep understanding of all organic metrics in the marketplace so you’re always making data-driven decisions that properly balance short-term revenue and long-term value
  • Ruthlessly prioritize the most impactful things so you’re always learning what’s best for our customers
