Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 10+ years’ professional experience in software engineering program and project management
  • Experience with Enterprise Mobility products is strongly desired, especially understanding of Android Enterprise and tech stack such as Kernel, Android Framework, Security Enhanced for Android, and Application layer
  • Experience managing AI/ML platforms using LLM for feature and/or solution development
  • Experience developing dataset generation and model testing using LLM
  • Demonstrated experience working with technology partners (of all sizes), to deliver enterprise solutions & projects involving multiple stakeholder teams
  • Full understanding of how to manage end to end product lifecycle, from idea inception through development and launch
  • Ability to generate and present professional presentation slides and documentation
  • Demonstrated experience communicating effectively across disparate organizational structures and multiple management levels
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to successfully facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, departments and levels and serve as a role model for teamwork
Responsibilities
  • Work with Samsung's global teams to ensure that technology integration projects are delivered as per the requirements with high quality and on time
  • Identify stakeholders by collaborating with cross-functional teams (product management, software engineering, executives) across multiple geographies
  • Using effective project/program management techniques to work closely with stakeholders to define scope, goals and deliverables in alignment with Samsung business goals
  • Own end-to-end project delivery with a focus of on-time and high quality
  • Define and track project deliverables by working closely with stakeholders
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify risks, issues and contingency plans
  • Communicate status and dashboards on a regular basis with the stakeholders on structured status report and presentation slides
  • Correctly represent the urgency of issues and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Lead and drive process change and improvement
  • Develop and manage program schedules, milestones and deliverables
  • Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite
  • This position will contribute to Samsung’s R&D efforts by creating high-value products that address unmet enterprise market needs
