- 7-10 years of programming/systems analysis experience and 3-5 years of relevant experience with emphasis in applications and systems engineering development, database and middleware technologies.
- 5+ years of Salesforce platform configuration experience (Sales Cloud, ServiceCloud, App Cloud, experienced with both declarative and programmatic configuration)
- 5 + years of experience working development, interacting with the client and other vendors; participation & support for UAT, and support release management to the different environments.
- Experience in designing and building cloud apps
- Deep knowledge and experience (4+ years) with Salesforce suite of products across all SDLC phases
- Thorough understanding of SaaS data models, design considerations, and connected web services
- Understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and Code Coverage
- Experience and expertise in core web technologies including HTML5, Javascript, jQuery
- Working experience in AppExchange App Development and Package Creation
- Experience with Salesforce developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services
- Understanding of system and data integration architecture and a strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
- Good experience in implementing and supporting large scale complex solutions and integrations of Salesforce with other platforms and technologies
- Requires practical experience with ETL tools and/or Data Integration products (Informatica,Dell Boomi, Pervasive,WebMethods, Castiron, Biztalk, etc...)
- The applicant must have strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills and the ability to complete assigned work with minimal instruction and supervision
- Ability to identify and apply best practices, standards and SDLC concepts to all functional areas.
- Interact with the client and other vendors; participate in development, UAT, and support release management to the different environments.
- Design and build cloud applications.
- Provide technical guidance across all SDLC phases for Salesforce solutions.
- Implement and support large scale complex Salesforce integrations with other platforms and technologies.
