- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years progressive sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS products or technology solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A high degree of organizational skills and emotional intelligence
- A growth mindset, with a drive to learn the disinformation and misinformation space
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and pain points to effectively position our SaaS solutions as value-added propositions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Sales Presentations: Develop, build and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our platform.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, analysis, and product development, to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our products and maintain a competitive edge.
- Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and assistance to ensure maximum value realization and customer satisfaction.
- Performance: Meet or exceed sales quotas, activity targets, and performance metrics, while adhering to company policies and best practices.
