A day in the life
We’re looking for a rising digital marketing star who lives and breathes the entire digital marketing ecosystem. This position is new for Prologis in the Americas and we are seeking someone who is an expert in their craft, an innovative thinker, and plugged into the latest digital marketing trends. The ideal candidate brings skills spanning web product management, email / marketing automation, and marketing analytics. You will drive Americas strategic initiatives and support regional marketing efforts, across earned, owned, and paid channels. Key responsibilities include:
- Partner closely with your global counterparts on driving the adoption and localization of the global digital marketing strategy and roadmap.
- Manage all aspects of the web product lifecycle, including initial concept adaptation, design, build, testing, launch, and post-implementation support, regionally.
- Maintain and enhance Prologis country websites (Mexico and Brazil) using the web CMS (Drupal), conduct SEO analysis to optimize content, monitor key performance indicators, and collaborate with marketing for cohesive content and SEO alignment.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and users about product features and their benefits, as adjusted for Americas’ regions and markets.
- Design and execute on regional email / marketing automation strategies using the EMS platform (Salesforce, Pardot).
- Serve as the digital marketing lead on integrated campaigns, with responsibility for strategy through execution across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Develop and oversee a streamlined digital lead generation and management process, ensuring effective handoff to sales teams, nurturing campaigns, and tracking performance to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Set KPIs, analyze digital marketing performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns, improve customer experiences, and enhance overall ROI. Share findings and recommendations with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and present on snapshots of digital performance, extracting actionable insights and making recommendations on optimizations for cross-functional success.
- Identify, test, and implement emerging digital platforms and technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness and customer engagement. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to empower Americas market teams with digital marketing best practices, tools, and processes.
- Advance the goals of Digital Marketing as we support the needs of the business. This includes applying a solid understanding of digital methodologies, recommending new technologies, and advocating for enhanced digital capabilities.
Building blocks for success
Required:
- 5+ years of B2B experience with demonstrated expanded responsibility within a digital marketing organization.
- Certifications in Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ), Google Ads, and Salesforce Pardot Specialist or Consultant Certification.
- Strong technical background and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Drupal, Google Analytics, Pardot, Salesforce, and SEMrush.
- Proficiency in agile/lean startup product management and UX research methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing robust B2B digital journeys, leveraging a wide range of digital marketing channels.
- A highly collaborative nature with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization; strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a startup mentality
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree (with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or communications preferred) or equivalent experience required.
Hiring Salary Range of: $108,000 - $145,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
