Requirements
  • At least 12 months of demonstrated experience in general building maintenance.
  • Experience operating a variety of equipment, including small hand tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct repairs, troubleshoot issues, and provide hands-on assistance to the engineering team to resolve maintenance requests.
  • Oversee the final stages of hotel construction from an operational perspective, including inspecting and testing systems and ensuring compliance with safety and brand standards.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for hotel equipment.
  • Liaise with external contractors and vendors for specialised repairs, maintenance, and projects, ensuring work is completed to specifications, on time, and within budget.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations, health and safety standards, environmental policies, and Accor brand standards.

  • Previous experience working in hotel, resort, or hospitality settings.
  • Qualifications in a trade.
