  • Utilize trend prediction, market research, market intelligence and analytics to ensure relevant expertise on the gamer, the market, the competitor and the product to inform strategies, tactics and effective decision making.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team, developing roles and responsibilities to ensure clarity.
  • Be courageous in advocating for and testing innovative new approaches, even when challenged.
