Requirements
  • Advanced Excel (ideally some PowerQuery & VBA experience)
  • Previous experience with system implementation(s) a benefit
  • Knowledge of Maconomy preferred, but not essential
  • Excellent communication, both oral and written
  • Interpreting data to non-financial colleagues
  • Candidate with both IT and financial experiences preferred
  • Willingness to question current processes/data

Responsibilities
  • Strengthening the internal reporting system (Client, Craft and Capabilities dashboards)
  • Using the systems (Quantum, Maconomy, CapPlan, Talent Tree, Scope, etc) effectively and efficiently
  • Ensuring accuracy of the data pulled out of the systems (Quantum, Maconomy, CapPlan, TT, etc)
  • Ensuring the accuracy and credibility of all data being shared with the wider business
  • Have an understanding of what the numbers mean and proactively investigating those that don't appear to make sense
  • Improving the data flow between the systems (TT, Maconomy, CapPlan/Quantum, etc.) and ensuring the full and accurate transfer of information between them
  • Question the current systems and suggest improvements, other tools
  • Ad hoc projects as directed by the Senior Commercial Analyst
