- Solid background in computer science, physics, or mathematics
- Experience programming with Functional Languages such as Common Lisp, Haskell, Ocaml, etc.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master's program
- US Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance
- Convert higher level programs into executable quantum code
