Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience as a large-scale Solution Train Engineer or a Senior Release Train Engineer.
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, self-starter.
  • Ability to partner with vendors, third parties, customers, colleagues and develop positive working relationships to create an open positive working environment.
  • Detail oriented, strong analytical skills, advanced judgment capability, strong problem solving, and ability to manage workflow.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated capabilities for the Client Onboarding Modernization initiative solution, aligning the flow of value through Client Onboarding to deliver exceptional capabilities and solutions for clients.
  • Possess a systems view of the entire development and delivery process and focus on the whole Operational Value Stream, inclusive of all aligned developmental value streams.
  • Provide the connective tissue between the intent and actual implementation and establish the critical connectivity between strategic leadership and actual implementation, helping individual ART stakeholders and RTEs understand their impact on the bigger picture of solution development, establishing the right balance of centralized vs decentralized decision-making.
  • Coordinate work across the value streams with product, data and architecture groups, and Release Train Engineers to deconflict deliveries and manage capacity across Program Increments.
  • Understand the end state vision and solution architecture to guide the value streams on priority and escalate to governance groups.
  • Facilitate synchronization across the Solution Train involving Solution Management, Solution Architects, Product Management, RTEs, and other stakeholders.
  • Blend Agile and traditional delivery methods to form a cohesive delivery train in an evolving organization.
  • Ensure frequent solution integration by confirming ARTs are progressing toward goals and understand importance of solution integration.
  • Establish release coordination activities by establishing a rhythm of release activities within and across the ARTs.
  • Facilitate the Solution Train-level Planning by engaging with all relevant stakeholders and ARTs.
  • Ensure visibility and effective interactions using ceremonies and tools that reach across the ART to facilitate speedy responses to impediments.
  • Connect ARTs with the right stakeholders as needed to ensure ARTs have everything they need to plan and work effectively.
  • Establish Solution Train flow measures by measuring the flow of high-level items (solution epics and capabilities at the solution level) to reveal development and delivery performance.
  • Assist organizational leadership with alignment of the ARTs to the Value Stream and continuous improvement of ways of working.
  • Apply risk management discipline in decision making and Solution's risk management.
  • Demonstrable mastery in Teaching, Mentoring, Transformation, and Facilitation.
  • Update the solution vision with product, data, and architecture groups, gathering feedback and metrics on performance, and coordinating scheduling, attendance and agendas.
  • Work with PMO in maintaining a Solution level roadmap and proactively measuring/managing progress across the ARTs.
  • Collaborate and communicate with third parties, executive sponsors and senior management stakeholders and partner groups to ensure initiatives are efficiently managed and delivered.
  • Deliver regular progress reporting with concise, accurate status of the solution delivery to be communicated up to the overall program.

  • SAFe and Product Management qualifications preferred.
  • Demonstrable mastery in Teaching, Mentoring, Transformation, and Facilitation.
  • Program management skills that have been developed over years of experience helpful.

Northern Trust appoints Alyssa Quinlan as Head of Advisor Relationships & Strategic Partnerships. Northern Trust Wealth Management has appointed Alyssa Quinlan as Head of Advisor Relationships & Strategic Partnerships. She will report to Global Head of Sales David Albright. Quinlan will lead the firm's relationships with professional advisors, including law and accounting firms, business advisory and investment consultants. These collaborations often intersect with client needs around unique assets such as fine art and collectibles, which the firm has a long history of addressing through its comprehensive wealth planning and fiduciary services. Building on that foundation, Quinlan will develop a dedicated platform that addresses the increasingly sophisticated needs of collectors and families with significant art holdings. "Our clients rely on a network of trusted advisors, and those relationships are central to delivering sophisticated advice," Albright said. "With Alyssa's addition, we are strengthening our advisor engagement strategy while further integrating guidance around unique assets - from valuation and liquidity planning to estate and legacy strategies." Quinlan brings 25 years of experience across wealth management, private banking and fine art. She most recently served as CEO of Freeman's Auctions & Appraisals, where she oversaw firmwide operations, led strategic growth initiatives and guided a major merger integration. Rashmi Madan, a 15-year veteran of the firm, was promoted to the newly created post of global head of portfolio solutions for private wealth. She will oversee the worldwide scaling of Blackstone's multi-strategy investment solutions for individual investors. Simona Maellare, formerly global co-head of the alternative capital group at UBS, joins Blackstone as head of EMEA for private wealth. Maellare brings more than three decades of experience in alternative asset management and will lead the firm's expansion across Europe and the Middle East. The appointments are designed to accelerate growth in Blackstone's private wealth business, which now manages more than $300 billion globally, according to the company.
