Envestnet is seeking a passionate and talented Procurement Intern to join our Corporate Procurement team. This position is expected to report to our office in Berwyn.

Job Summary:

The goal of Envestnet’s Strategic Sourcing and Purchasing Internship program is to provide an opportunity to engage in impactful projects acquiring hands-on experience across the organization while balancing professional development and leadership growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn about the Envestnet supply chain
• Assist in process improvement and data driven solutions to improve the reliability of Envestnet’s purchase data
• Assist in the analysis of purchase information to support compliance and value generating activities
• Support the SS&P team in gathering market information, data and statistics to help drive sourcing strategies
• Participate in projects that enhance and improve the ongoing maintenance of Envestnet contracts
• Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested
• As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet’s established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation date of December 2023 or May/June 2024
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Analytics or other relevant major
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Envestnet’s Summer Internship Program:

Envestnet’s Summer Internship Program provides a paid, 10-week, full-time experience for qualified students to learn more about Envestnet and what we do. Interns will receive hands on exposure to the inner workings of their teams and functions. At the conclusion of the program, interns will collaborate across department to present a special project directly to Envestnet leaders. 

Outside of the daily scope of work, Envestnet Summer Interns will have the opportunity to participate in weekly “Lunch & Learns”, have 24/7 access to the LinkedIn Learning platform, enroll in “Envestnet’s Institute on Campus (EIOC)”,  (Envestnet’s Institute on Campus), join in on team building experiences and be a part of our “Buddy Program”.

The 2023 Summer Internship program will begin on June 5th, 2023 and will conclude on August 11th, 2023.   All interns must be a commutable distance to an office location and will be expected to work in office.
