- Proficiency in collecting and coordinating product features from internal (Comcast Spotlight) and external clients
- Ability to take requirements and prioritize them

- Previous working in Agile environment, and understanding development cycles
- Technical grasp even if not a Software Engineer
- Knowledge of processes and workflows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with ticketing systems
- Proficiency with JIRA
- Travel potential (as a component of role)
- Work with the team to help collect and coordinate product features from Internal (Comcast Spotlight) (internal) and external (ex. Charter) clients
- Take requirements and prioritize them
- Develop road maps with development teams
- Update clients about map and timetables
- Working with Engineering team, int/external clients
- Coordinate features and product delivery under guidance of Brett and other Sr members of team
- Direct and support role with clients
- Background in advertising is a huge plus
- Even bigger if with cable
- Travel willingness to travel, potentially one week every other month, primarily New York and Philadelphia
