Requirements
  • Experience in Customer Development, Sales Strategy, or Channel Management within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex or non-traditional retail accounts and driving white space growth.
  • Background in relevant channels (e.g., Vending, Foodservice, Theater, Value/Discount, Hardware, or Travel Retail).
  • Experience dealing with Vistar HQ is a strong plus.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and alignment skills with internal and external partners.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Central Part of the United States
Responsibilities
  • Lead business development across unattended retail (vending, micro markets) within the Central region, while also supporting other channels such as theater, discounters, home hardware, and travel.
  • Manage and strengthen customer relationships within the region.
  • Develop and execute tailored strategies based on shopper insights and regional opportunities.
  • Drive execution against distribution, shelving, merchandising, and pricing priorities.
  • Lead regional customer business reviews, Top-to-Top meetings, and long-range planning to expand CA’s footprint.
