What You’ll Do

• Take the helm of a respected East Cobb practice, setting the clinical vision and driving excellence.
• Lead and inspire a skilled clinical and administrative team.
• Perform a wide range of procedures with emphasis on implants and advanced restorative dentistry.
• Collaborate with ownership to grow the practice and uphold the highest standards of care.
• Build enduring relationships with patients and the East Cobb community.

• Experienced Leader: 3–5+ years in practice, with proven ability to mentor and direct a team.
• Clinically Excellent: Skilled in implants, complex restorative, and comprehensive dentistry.

• Relationship Builder: Strong communicator who earns patient and team trust.

Requirements

Education and Training

• Doctor of Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine.
• State license and malpractice insurance.
• Additional experience, certifications, or licensing may be required.
• Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications.
• Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and health care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to keep detailed records.
• Comprehensive and current knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics.
• Patience when dealing with patients and staff.
• Ability to communicate with patients regarding their health and care.
• Great problem solving

FLSA Status: Salaried, Exempt
