Requirements
- MA/MS/PhD or 5+ years of technical experience in life sciences
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing / product management / technical support
- Expertise in gene editing technology and a general knowledge of life sciences research
- Deep understanding of CRISPR and applications
- Deep understanding of customer needs in drug discovery & development and/or biomedical research
- Experience in developing and running marketing campaigns that align with corporate goals
- Experience in product positioning and developing messaging that resonates with our target customers
- Great problem solver with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Great creativity to develop unique campaigns that drive our businesses
- Fluency in Microsoft and Google tools, HubSpot, Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Achieve the financial and strategic business objectives for product marketing
- Collaboratively develop marketing plans and campaigns to drive our Clinical Business and/or support product managers on product launches to drive market adoption through our go-to-market strategies such as product positioning & messaging, content development, development of use cases, customer segmentation and personas
- Support campaigns and new product launches by working closely with digital marketing, advertising and social media marketing, events marketing, technical writers, and graphic designers to create all necessary assets
- Support sales, product management and market through sales tools, training and market expertise to ensure their ability to effectively position and sell products
- Develop and track marketing key performance indicators(KPIs) based on objectives and key results (OKRs)
- Report campaign objectives and key results (OKRs) to our leadership teams
- Work closely with product management in support of product development projects
