Here’s Where You Come In
Working within a service team, a Benefits Account Coordinator assists account managers on case submission, open enrollment preparations such as printing benefits guides and meeting logistics, agency management system record maintenance, and other administration and service needs. Benefits Account Coordinators often assist in open enrollment meetings and eligibility audits. This position requires a Texas General Lines Life & Health insurance license, to be obtained within sixty days of employment and maintained throughout employment. This is a great way to launch your career in benefits administration!
This position is located in the downtown San Antonio office, with the potential for a hybrid work schedule with three office days and two remote days. For the first several months of employment and during peak seasons (3rd and 4th quarters), work will be in the office.
You’re Great At
You should have at least 1 year of experience in a professional customer service and/or administrative role working with detailed information, deadlines, and multiple tasks. Ideally, you will have prior experience in employee benefits administration. You’ll be customer service and teamwork oriented. Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is expected. Bilingual in English/Spanish is helpful.
